Remember Flywheel…the metric-driven, SoulCycle-alternative that opened it’s first locations in 2009? About ten years later, under-performing locations closed. At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Flywheel filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in September 2020.
For many years I used to post quarterly updates on my cycling class schedule. I haven’t done this since 2020. Looking back, I cannot believe just how many classes I taught at the various Grand Rapids branches. These days, it’s typically one 45-minute class a week…seldom more than two or three if I pick-up a sub class.
