Inspiration: This ride has a couple different themes…and with a RACE DAY format, will burn plenty of calories!
The primary theme: all artist names begin with Z. My top two: Zedd and ZZ Top. Some hot, newer artists like Zara Larsson, ZAYN and ZHU. Classics like Frank Zappa and Rob Zombie.
The secondary theme is SLEEP. In the world of health and wellness, there is more research underway than ever to improve the quality and quantity of sleep for the millions of people who are lacking. Personally, I’ve been working with a sleep lab of a local healthcare system…and was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea. I had two sleep studies and am currently using a CPAP device with mask when I sleep. These devices use wireless communications to report my sleep stats back to the lab for interpretation and treatment planning. We’ll see what happens over the next month, but until then, my wife is happy that my snoring is done.

Oh, and by the way, I have sleep apnea as well, and use a CPAP machine. I have never slept better since starting to use it.

Great to hear you’ve had a good result with the CPAP. I haven’t seen any big changes yet, but hear it can take 2-3 months before results are seen.
