Inspiration: Though I didn’t make it to the show, feeling the energy of a big show in Grand Rapids today (not the primary elections)…Fall Out Boy, Awolnation and Pvris performing at the Van Andel Arena! GR is the only stop in Michigan for their Wintour and I’m sure it’s pretty crazy downtown (reports of added security at the venue tonight). And so this mix and ride is full of hard rockin’ energy…and a couple favorite tracks from FOB and Awolnation.
A good mix of old and new here…along with a good mix of terrain, high energy all the way until the one and only recovery track…the closing song by LIGHTS.

Hey Steve! I just did a ride for International Womans Day so I am using almost your whole play list tomorrow and telling my class that I will use a guys playlist and moves for the boys!
