    1. Salome, so good to hear from you…Argentina sounds great right now, after a long and stubborn winter that won’t go away here in Michigan.
      That’s a great question and they are very similar. For me, I consider an attack on a hill as a standing position with focus on resistance over speed, but a quick cadence for a hill. Sprints on a hill are either seated or standing and more speed work than heavy resistance work.
      Hope this helps…either way, I love these two movements because they are often the most intense and powerful parts of the ride!
