Inspiration: Our NEW YEAR is off to a great start…two holidays to kick off 2017: the actual NYD on Sunday and the observed holiday today, Monday the 2nd! I have a rough plan for the year, making for the best one yet (despite the neah’ sayers!)
rdjnewyear
More balance (literally, with plans for at least one weekly yoga session), less toxins (unhealthy fats, processed foods, alcohol), a popular one: more time living in the moment and mindfulness…and finishing this seemingly endless home reno project! I’ll start this plan tomorrow, after the holiday passes.
More importantly, take time to check out this 60m internal/climbing profile with new and older tracks (all but CELEBRATE and SEVENTEEN are repeats from earlier SPINlists). This ride compliments all the flat road interval work from my 1/1/17 post.
So what will you do in 2017…who & what are you listening to in the Cycle Studio?
Have a great week!
