Inspiration: Another NFL pairing goes helmet to helmet this weekend for the SUPER BOWL 51. It’s also time for another Sunday afternoon ENDURANCE RIDE. Here’s a classic rock themed mix for a powerful 90 minute workout. Most tracks are longer (5 minutes plus) and geared for a steady pace along flat road or up hill terrain…just a few intervals added in to mix things up.
