Inspiration: Every day is BETTER when you start with an early morning ride…INSIDE! At the Wolverine Worldwide Family YMCA, we LOVE Monday mornings in the cycle studio and this was our ride profile / playlist for the 5:10am class today. Check out all the tracks, including these NEW (at least new to me) tracks for some inspiring up hill cycling…This Girl, Remind Me, Sucker For Pain, Thief, Hurricane 2.O. For quicker work, we divided into two groups for TEAM SPRINTS with an EDM mix of the Game of Thrones Theme…good stuff! AND, the newest Steinfeld track is perfect for your cool down. The older (REPEATS) are worth a listen too!
