Inspiration:  We’re about halfway through 2019…so “you better TURN IT UP!”  These three words remind me of the SoulCycle promo from 2017…and you don’t have to be a fan of SoulCycle to be inspired by this short video.   For this 45+ minute ride, get your CREW together and get ready to burn some cals!  Don’t be fooled by the shorter format, there’s plenty of HIGH POWER work on flats and hills.  There’s a great mix of music that covers five genres…and don’t miss these: title track, One Touch, Calm Me Down (the killer hill of the ride!) and the cool down country track.   This IS my new favorite playlist…so Enjoy the Ride and…”don’t make me TURN IT UP for you!
