Inspiration: Ride Playlist #300!
I’m subbing an RPM (Les Mills Indoor Cycling) class at one of the GR Y’s this week…not doing an actual RPM class, just a traditional studio cycling class (not RPM certified). “RPM” or not, we’ll be getting plenty of revolutions per minute during this 45+ minute ride profile / playlist. Tonight’s episode of The Voice (NBC) included a special guest performance by Sia…her Alive track is great for a finishing hill climb! Lots of other new and repeated tracks for everything from Warm up to Cool down. Some highlights: A great opener from Plain White T’s…Born to Rise from a Kevin Costner football movie…Heading Up High from my favorite EDM release of 2015 (Embrace)…Jumps on a Hill track from a more recent movie release (Creed, thanks Allison W. for the suggestion!)…Young Volcanoes from the 2015 AMA award winning Alternative Band (Fall Out Boy)…an EDITED cool down track from rapper G-Easy (Drifting). Ride ALIVE!
Genre: Alternative, EDM, Pop, Rock.
