Inspiration: Thanks Katy for the email this week…it’s been too long since I’ve logged into my WordPress account and posted more FOR THE RIDE INSIDE! I’ve been wanting to get this mix posted as I’ve used it 3 or 4 times the past week…my new favorite 60m ride mix and great feedback from many riders. If you like a high energy interval style ride, this is a good pick! Interval work on flat road and up hill…not much for slower steep climbs as these hills are quick climbs. Check out these tracks: ALL OF THEM. On one of my Uber drives last year, I road with the group YOU ME AT SIX when they were in Grand Rapids for a performance at THE INTERSECTION. I’ve been following them on Spotify ever since and PLUS ONE is a great track for a quick ride / run!
