Rhabdomyolysis is on my mind as an instructor. There is a very hardcore mentality at my gym where people quite hard and then recover for a day before their next class. I’ve never heard of rhabdo happening at my facility, but I think it easily can. Many first timers show up as the class is starting which can be pretty disruptive to the whole group. I’m now wondering if I can get my facility to create a fact sheet about rhabdo to attach to their class calendars.
