Another fantastic Michigan Fall is just around the corner.
This month I’m starting my FIFTH year of teaching studio cycling…and looking forward to a new venue this fall: Grand Rapids Parks & Recreation Market Street Studio! The adult fitness program is expanding with the addition of 15 brand new Spinners…what a great option for the community.

This branch of the greater GR area YMCA has been closed for about a week and re-open Labor Day with a special holiday schedule and a fresh new look!
