WHAT DOES THE FOX SAY?

LOVE that you used “the fox” !!!! I wanted to use that in my class but didn’t know what the reaction would be!
Great playlist! …as always.
…and there’s always social networks like Twitter and Facebook for music ideas.
How do you find your music? Where do you get your inspiration from?
Great question. I have many sources for the music I use…but SPOTIFY (Premium version for $10 / mo.) is an amazing resource! I follow blogs, etc. of other fitness / cycling enthusiasts for Song ideas. I go to other instructors classes still, get ideas from others in the business…lots of talented people in the Cycle studio. I still go to iTunes for ideas but haven’t bought anything in over 5-6 months. Many of these resources are posted on my site. Shazam is a good way to tag and save songs that you hear in a movie or TV show. I try to keep up with special events and the whole National month / week / day stuff for ride themes. This month I’m working on a playlist to recognize Breast Cancer Awareness month.
Great to hear from you…Have a good week!
