How do you find your music? Where do you get your inspiration from?

Great question. I have many sources for the music I use…but SPOTIFY (Premium version for $10 / mo.) is an amazing resource! I follow blogs, etc. of other fitness / cycling enthusiasts for Song ideas. I go to other instructors classes still, get ideas from others in the business…lots of talented people in the Cycle studio. I still go to iTunes for ideas but haven’t bought anything in over 5-6 months. Many of these resources are posted on my site. Shazam is a good way to tag and save songs that you hear in a movie or TV show. I try to keep up with special events and the whole National month / week / day stuff for ride themes. This month I’m working on a playlist to recognize Breast Cancer Awareness month.
Great to hear from you…Have a good week!
