Wednesday Poll: Theme Rides

On the eve of Valentine’s Day 2019, I got to thinking about theme rides for cycling class…a popular topic on various blogs and social media.

IT’S WEDNESDAY, so here’s THE POLL…

A quick recap of results of the poll on Class Formats:

• By far, the classic “SPINNING” experience was the most popular format at 43%
• An Endurance format – 11%
• An In-Home format (Peloton) came in ahead of the two well-know boutique studios – 9%
• SoulCycle and Flywheel each came in at 8%
• A combo format class – 5%
• The two Les Mills cycling programs together – 5%
• A “trainer”-based set up (Zwift) – 1%
• OTHERS:  HIIT class…keep it real, safe, authentic…RealRyder…Express format with basic moves & intense drills
