Thanks Raquel! Something like this…Set resistance for a standing climb…mod to heavy. Stay out of the saddle for the complete sequence. Rock tightly side to side high on the handle bars and slide back and slide to slide. Back up high and then back again. Think of drawing the figure of #8 with you nose as you repeat the full movement. An alternative to tapbacks.
