Inspiration: It was (is) a busy week for me with studio cycling at the Y…classes from 45 minutes to 90 minutes…7 classes over 6 days. I started with a 60 minute playlist, added 30 minutes of Endurance tracks for the 90 minute class and removed 15 minutes of music for the 45 minute mix.     I’m currently obsessed with Don’t Look Down. It actually reminds me of Numb by Usher which is one of my favorites.

    Listening to Zac Brown Band’s new album right now. Everyone seems to be raving about it (country fans or not).
