As an indoor cycling instructor with any reputable studio, keeping your certification current is not an option.  Good to know that instructors have many options to choose from…depending on the requirements of your studio.  I have only been certified through the Spinning / Mad Dogg…the original indoor cycling program developed by John Baudhuin and Johnny “Johnny G” Goldberg.
