  1. Cycling does really help people stay younger. I am fifty- six years old, my friends and other people think I am thirty years old. No facial skin care like lotion/ serums.

      1. Thank you Bob…hope all is well with you and the Virginia Y! Most of my classes are 45 minutes and attended by a wide variety of members. Only limited work with targeted training blocks, unless I’m doing a 90-minute Endurance format. In that case much more Zone 2 work, otherwise it’s more Zone 3-4+ HIIT format with a variety of terrain and speed. I consistently match intervals with the music, unless were doing a time-based drill like a 2:1 tabata. What about your classes and technique? I assume you’re seeing a nice bump in attendance since January 1.
        Take care…ENJOY THE RIDE!
