    1. Thanks for the note Gina. These are some of the ‘leg drills’ I use during these extended stretches of flat road: focused pedaling w/ just pulls/up strokes or pushes/down strokes. Winding roads, where the focus is on left and then right foot pedaling. Segments of increasing time out of the saddle…like 1st 60 sec in the saddled next minute is 10 up and 50 down, next minute is 20 up and 40 down, next minute is 30-30 split and so on with last minute out of the saddle. Do you have any drills that you use or have seen in cycling classes?
