Back to the Mary Fee Bed YMCA Cycle Studio this morning…my last 90-minute Endurance Ride of the 2024 Winter season. I found this mix from 2015, and I still am LOVIN’ it!
GREAT NEWS FOR MEMBERS THIS YEAR: The Endurance Rides will continue for a few more weeks than usual this year. I might sub in if needed, but otherwise…I’ll be back next year for more of these amazing, extended rides.
