Inspiration: Another mix for a shorter 45 minute class. This one packs in some older favorites with newly released tunes…including the title track, I Don’t Want To Be Here Anymore and a great cool down track from Colbie Caillat (Try). A good 600 calorie burn in less than an hour.
Ride, Eat, Repeat…Make sure you GET ENOUGH!
Genre: Alternative, Dance, Pop, Rock.
Approximate time: 46 minutes

    1. Allison, try a seated hill and running with resistance on the chorus. Each time the intensity builds. At about 3:15 with the instrumental you can go to standing climb. Continue with the uphill runs on the chorus. Songs like this also work well FREESTYLE or riders’ choice. This is one of my favorites (borrowed from a class I attended with another instructor). Hope that helps! Steve
