I do have an account but rarely use it. πŸ™‚ If I were teaching Cycling consistently though, I totally would! πŸ™‚ I think I told you that I took a workshop in Toronto on using spotify for cycling classes – at least 4-5 years ago at CanFitPro. I LOVE that convention and try to go every other August. πŸ™‚ Great Cycling workshops from a large variety of all the big name presenters. I’ve taken from Johnny G a few times, but my favorite is Julz Arney with Schwinn. She was using her ipod for GF classes at least for 10 years now. I also partnered with her for a cool rowing program called Indo-Row. Josh Crosby and Jay Blahnik started it and it’s absolutely fantastic and a great workout.
