Inspiration: Post #300…and another weekly Endurance Ride playlist / profile. This week’s ride is back to a basic endurance theme with just a few stretches of quick interval work. With the change of season under way, our wet and stormy spring weather in Michigan, DARK AND STORMY is a great seasonal theme. The day I used this we had AM thunderstorms and heavy rain practically all day long. To mix things up, I included three “nature sounds” tracks with recorded sounds of rain and thunder.
