    Hi Steve
    I’ve been following your posts and using your class profiles for almost a year now, my classes love them! One question- can you explain what you are doing when you say optional figure 8s?
    I don’t want to hurt anyone by doing something contraindicated on the bike.

    1. Thanks for the note Beth…good to hear that you and your classes are enjoying the ride! Figure 8’s are similar to tap backs that you might know about. I always emphasize “optional” for these modifications as they are non-tradition…not necessarily contraindicated. For all cycling movements, riders should listen to their bodies and make adjustments as appropriate. In most classes, less than half opt for the modification.
