Thanks for keeping up your blog!

I started spinning about 3 years ago, and can’t get enough of it. I’m a PhD student at Duke, and so I typically go to the 5:30 pm classes at the student gym.

I’m actually reaching out to you for an odd reason… in addition to grad school, I’m also a musician. On my latest album, I have a song about being the only guy in spin class. It’s supposed to be funny, but also something that hopefully can find it’s way into the cycling studio.

I thought I’d share the tune with you. If you like it, please help spread it around!
