For this morning’s ride at the Mary Free Bed YMCA, I dusted off this TOP FIVE endurance ride profile…it did not disappoint!
Interest in these longer, endurance-style rides is not a strong as the common 45-/60-minute HIIT rides…but this one is a good blend of the two formats. When 90 minutes is too long, I encourage riders to stay as long as they can knowing there’s no judgement for leaving after 45 or 60 minutes.
