Hakuna matata…don’t worry, be HAPPY!
As a Gemini (born on the first Sunday in June), a father (of two beautiful and successful daughters), and a lover of the summer season…June is my happiest month of the year! Nothing against the other eleven months of year, they make me happy too (February is a tough one, but its also the shortest month of the year).
In the pursuit of HAPPINESS, I discovered a west Michigan author who’s written extensively on this topic…Dr. Tracy Brower, PhD. Dr. Brower presented highlights from her book, The Secrets to Happiness at Work, at a virtual all-staff meeting a couple years ago. The secrets Tracy shares apply to life away from work too! You’ll also find countless articles from Tracy in Forbes.
Tracy Brower, PhD, is a sociologist writing about happiness, work-life balance, and the future of work. She’s a Forbes contributor since 2018 and author of “The Secrets to Happiness at Work” and “Bring Work to Life by Bringing Life to Work”. Her writing covers topics such as workplace friendships, effective workplace cultures, remote work, and the impact of Gen Z on the workplace. [1]
