After my first Endurance Cycle class of the 2025 season, I’m getting ready for tomorrow / Monday night’s 45-minute studio cycling class…mining playlists in my FOR THE RIDE INSIDE archive (while watching the Eagles top the Commanders!). Found this post from my early days of teaching and blog posting. My most favorite tracks include: This Must be the Place, Clarity, Brokenhearted, It’s My Life, Ride, Dynamite, Uprising, Gypsy (replaces The Spirit of Radio), and 83 (John Mayer is great for that COOL DOWN vibe!). If you don’t know the BMG track…its worth a look too. I noticed the original Spotify playlist was in need of repair…so that’s been replaced by Uprising 2.0 in this LOOK BACK post with all the extras…
ENJOY THE RIDE!
