Another instructor at the Spartan Nash YMCA was looking for a sub this AM…which I quickly picked up, and what a great class to start off the pre-Christmas weekend! Nearly a full studio of dedicated riders, so lots of energy from start to finish in the 45-minute ICG Power Training sesh.
