It’s been over 7 years since the Greater Grand Rapids YMCA introduced the Indoor Cycling Group’s (ICG) Coach By Color program to studio cyclists…and now the Mary Free Bed YMCA location will make the move. Since it’s opening in 2015, the cycle studio has been equipped with Keiser M3 bikes. Soon, the 30 bikes are headed to auction and will be replaced with the same equipment used at many other YMCA’s. The change involves more than new bikes, it’s a whole new program that leverages technology to give members a boost in achieving fitness goals.
