Now that winter Endurance Cycle classes are done, and with all GR-area Y-locations closed for Easter, another 15 minutes seemed like a good idea…for the Monday night crew (and me).

You’ve inspired me. I’m going to start this week’s class with a long classic rock song and move from warmup into a long seated climb. I *never* start that way. Should be fun.

I literally had this track in 3 other slots of the ride profile and then Warm up seemed like the best fit. Some tracks just aren’t meant for spin class…some require a little extra thought. 😂.
Nothing like spending 3 hours + on a class that’s scheduled for 45 minutes.

I think it’s a brilliant opener. Stairway to heaven gets a good amount of play at my facility, but the other two instructors pretty much stick to classic rock and heavy metal. My opener will be We Won’t Get Fooled Again by the Who.
