Class Schedule: Summer 2016

SUMMER OF ’16!
Every summer I TRY to lighten my schedule in the studio, and this year is no exception.
The first week of July I will be AWAY (“up north”) on vacation. Have a great Fourth, and Summer.

WOLVERINE WORLDWIDE YMCA / Belmont
All bikes are Keiser M3 cycles
– MON 5:10 – 6:10AM …we LOVE MONDAYS even more now that Monday AM class is a full 60 minute ride!
– TUE 5:10 – 5:55AM

DAVID D. HUNTING YMCA / Downtown Grand Rapids
All bikes are LIVESTRONG cycles
– SAT 9:15 – 10:00AM (rotation schedule)
– SUN 1:15 – 2:00PM (rotation schedule)

SPARTAN STORES YMCA / Byron Center
Most bikes are SPINNER NXTs with about 12 Keiser M3 cycles
– only sub classes

MARY FREE BED YMCA / Cascade
Most bikes are the latest and greatest Keiser M3 cycles
– FRI 9:00 – 10:00AM
